    Trash Free Gulf Cleanup 2026

Houston SOTW will be partnering with the Galveston Bay Foundation as part of the Gulf Trust's 2026 Trash Free Gulf Initiative!

The Trash Free Gulf campaign, a program of the Gulf Trust, is presented by H-E-B’s Our Texas, Our Future. We are working with partners across Texas in May 2026 to conduct litter cleanups in every major watershed and along the coastline. We can turn the tide together by keeping our local waters clean — for Texas and beyond. Through our collective efforts at home, we can ensure our waterways thrive and create a lasting impact downstream.

We will be working along Kuhlman Gully and Brays Bayou. This is a great opportunity to give back and support the conservation efforts that SOTW stands for. This event is free to attend.
